Sunday, July 19, 2015. First day in Hawaii. First day at the Beach the kids couldn't wait to get out to the beach. We were out pretty early because of the time difference. I think the kids woke up around six in the morning. Our early rising paid off and I got some great shots of the kids in the beautiful early sunlight. We also go to see a sea turtle on the beach. Just a Bunch of Smiths. Sunday, December 5, 2010. We are building a chicken coop! Sounds exciting doesn't it. The boys were more than willing to help. For some reason I never could find the hammer I wanted when i wanted it. It is a work in progress. I got shingles put on the roof yesterday and added two walls. Just a Bunch of Smiths. Monday, March 26, 2012. You have to look close but we have a bunch of onions and garlic growing. Here are the kids favorite Radishes. Bridger and two wild turkeys in the background. Our poor chicks want to come out so bad, but we have to watch them when they are out or hawks will try and take them. Friday, July 24, 2009. I'M GOING TO GIRLS CAMP. I can't wait for the yummy camp food and I'm excited to wear a sweatshirt. Wow I'ts been hot down here. Summer is slow with work and I have been spending my days laying out at the pool. I'm getting a great tan but going broke at the same time. I am thinking about sending in a picture of my great tan to the State of California's department of Unemployment explaining to them what I have been up too. I guess that might get me in trouble? Wednesday, March 24, 2010. A SERIOUS MUST SEE. When I took Anatomy for Massage School it was so interesting that I felt everyone should take the class to see how the body works. Well I saw a great movie that I never got the chance to see in the theaters. Michael Moore's Capitalism- A love story. I loved his other movies and knew I would enjoy his latest. Everyone should see it- no matter what your political views- -Why you ask? It might to others but I firmly believe that Y&R is the best show on TV.

Thursday, April 7, 2011. Jane Eyre is finally out in the theaters. I went last weekend with a friend and it was amazing. My friend is English and so that was an extra bonus to be with a Brit. Monday, August 25, 2014. First Day of School 2014. It's the most wonderful time of the year! I can't believe I have a fourth grader, third grader, and a kindergartner. Wow, when did the kids grow up so fast? I love this stage and I am going to try to enjoy it and really savor this year as much as possible.
