http://diverjeff.blogspot.com/2007_01_01_archive.html
On the tarmac and below the surface, with a few pictures along the way. Monday, January 29, 2007. Today I finally had about an hour or so to myself and so I went for a quick ride. I rode up El Toro. Is a pretty cool road, despite being too short. But I didn't. Have a lot time, so it would do. Anyways there is a part on the road where both sides are thick with trees and they grow over the road creating a tree tunnel. It's pretty cool to ride thru. I guess a sign that says " Low Branches. Say hello to Came...

Randy has had his Yamaha Z1 for about a month now and this was his first time on a ride with us and on the Ortega Hwy. Although right away, Randy feels he is number 1. Right before we hit De Luz rd, Mike had to stop and water the bushes. I hope turned off the camera. Posted by DiverJeff at 8:26 PM. The divers did...

On the tarmac and below the surface, with a few pictures along the way. Sunday, September 17, 2006. Marine Life of So Cal. The abalone are finally starting to make a good comeback along the coast of California. Divers used to get them by the bag loads in the 70s and 80s. They were all but wiped out. Now that they are protected, you can see them more frequently. It took me 2 years of diving before I saw my first one. Now I see them all the time. The third type of shark you will see is the Leopard shark...

http://diverjeff.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html
On the tarmac and below the surface, with a few pictures along the way. Friday, July 21, 2006. Say Hello to my little friend. I have been riding dirt bikes most of life and I have always wanted a street bike. So I finally got one. After looking for months online, I went with a friend of mine to a bunch of different dealerships and looked and sat on all the bikes I was considering. We hit the Ducati dealership last because that is the one I liked the most and wanted to see everything else first. Is the pl...

http://diverjeff.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html
On the tarmac and below the surface, with a few pictures along the way. Monday, April 30, 2007. Quotes to Big Bear. As I’m shifting my weight, sticking my knee out and pushing on the handlebars to counter steer, I have a quote from the movie Swingers running thru my mind. You like a big bear, man . Of course when Trent was saying it to Mike he was referring to picking up women. To finish the quote,. And you have these claws and you don’t know how to kill the bunny . By the time we had finally arrived at ...

http://diverjeff.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html
On the tarmac and below the surface, with a few pictures along the way. Tuesday, June 27, 2006. One of the parts that I really love about Australia is their signs. Just something that you will not see anywhere else in the world. Your typical crosswalk sign, notice the snappy duds. Ironed pants and nice shoes. The locals will tell you, if there is water there is crocs. But they do have to put up danger signs for the tourists. Posted by DiverJeff at 9:32 PM. Another day on the reef. On the second dive afte...

http://diverjeff.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html
On the tarmac and below the surface, with a few pictures along the way. Sunday, August 27, 2006. Today my friend Mike and I rode with the Orange County Ducati Club. OCDC) down to the Doffo Winery. In Temecula. The owner of the winery, Marcello Doffo is a motorcycle enthusiast and was hosting a charity event for a poverty stricken school in Argentina that he is helping out. And of course what would any Italian's garage be without a Ferrari? To also raise money for the charity, BikeBandit. Back in the Wate...
