A south american search. Is dedicated to the search for a particular wave. These combinations limit the coastlines which have the potential to produce such waves. I can only think of a few places where rides over 2 minutes or say 800 m occur. Occasionally the outer sections at Raglan can link pushing the ride length over the magic 1 km. A south american search. Tom is a coastal engineer, scientist and surfer. Originally from New Zealand, he has been based for the last few years in Manly, Sydney working at the UNSW Water Research Lab. Tom grew up surfing the west coast beaches, rivermouths and points of the Whanganui region.
