After students are done stacking, take all the cookies and separate the cookie from the creme and then let students create. Sounds messy, yep, it is.but also very very creative. We have had dolphins, butterflies, dogs, etc. (look below for examples). As always, this is an OPTION of the project.do or not do, tis up to you. But honestly, I can tell you, some of your kids are going to LOVE this part.
