The Wilde Family: Sewing projects
http://thewildesfamily.blogspot.com/2012/01/sewing-projects.html
Monday, January 23, 2012. For Christmas, Ryan got me a Janome Magnolia sewing machine. I've never used a sewing machine and was so intimated to use it. I made these Owl and Elephant Softie's. I found free patterns with tutorials on the Internet to make them. They were easy to do for a beginner and my girls like playing with them. Here is my 2nd sewing project, a receiving blanket for baby brother. Here is the back of the pillow with the invisible zipper. Posted by The Wilde Family. Welcome to my blog.

The Wilde Family: 24 weeks!
http://thewildesfamily.blogspot.com/2012/01/24-weeks.html
Monday, January 23, 2012. I can't believe I'm 24 weeks and only have 3 more months to go. If history repeats itself I will be early by 1-2 1/2 weeks. Although, a week early is fine but nothing sooner than that. Were in the process of getting the baby's room ready and picking out colors. The pregnancy itself is going well and I've been keeping busy with my sewing projects and the girls. Ava is very excited to have a baby brother. We have 3 names we like, but are still thinking about which best fits him.

The Wilde Family: December: My girls, Ballet, and 19 weeks
http://thewildesfamily.blogspot.com/2011/12/december-my-girls-ballet-and-19-weeks.html
Sunday, December 18, 2011. December: My girls, Ballet, and 19 weeks. Tonight we (ok, I) made Gingerbread playdoh. It was SUPER easy, smells awesome, and the girls loved it. It would make a great Christmas gift and it's cheap to make, since the ingredients are probably in your pantry. You can find the recipe HERE. Yep, you just cook the ingredients on the stove (on low/med heat,) stir, and voila you have playdoh! Zoe and Willow, and of course Zoe is wearing her ballet slippers to support big sis. Love the...

The Wilde Family: December 2011

Thursday, December 22, 2011. 19 weeks and 4 days.). Yay were having a BOY! Posted by The Wilde Family. Comments from friends and family(1). Links to this post. I made these hats for my nephew and niece. The pink hat has a fabric button that is aluminum and then I covered it with fabric. You can buy a button cover kit at a fabric store and make your own. So I sewed the button on the hat and made flowers with a big enough hole that you can change the flowers for a different look. Posted by The Wilde Family.
