Sunday, April 28, 2013. Disobedience is funny. sometimes! Here's an example. Kaia found chocolate, a little bag from an Easter basket and a little container of glitter bonbons that I love. She asked if she could have one. "Only one Kaia.". Each time she came back to where I was working I noticed there was a little more chocolate on her face. I may have possibly lost track of how many "only one's", and I probably should have taken the stash. And at this point she was probably eating her umpteenth piece.

Saturday, July 20, 2013. I married a wonderful travel companion. We've had some great passport trips. We love the adventure and togetherness. We just returned from Nicaragua. This is our second time visiting Nicaragua, the people are warm and kind, the experience is humbling and the surroundings are beautiful. And the surfs not bad either. Basically i'm on my way to australia. Last night I was listening to some music in the shower. I always listen to music in the shower. Ever since I lived with Heather and she taught me what a delight it is. And I was so sore from running. Sometimes I get carried away when I am running. After 3 miles it just starts feeling so good that I don’t stop and then the next day I regret having run for an hour and half. But the shower is so hot. And the water pressure is just right.
