The Pannier Question

Our journey by bicycle from Tumu, Ghana to Madrid, Spain and beyond. Saturday, September 09, 2006. We left the heat of Marrakech for cooler days along the coast. Our final leg of cycling took us through Essaouira and on to Safi with stops en route for ping pong tournaments, buckets of shrimp and naps on the beach. Watching, with envy, the wind and kite surfers north of Essaouira. Hmmm. the next challenge - kite surfing back to Canada? Posted by Katherine and Stephanie @ 6:30 PM. Monday, September 04, 2006.

The Pannier Question: June 2006

http://www.thepannierquestion.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html

Our journey by bicycle from Tumu, Ghana to Madrid, Spain and beyond. Saturday, June 17, 2006. The sun is setting. We have left 100 km of Burkina Faso behind us today. Just outside of the village of Rakaye we spy a well kept compound. Not surprisingly our request to camp is met with warm friendliness and we are quickly accepted into the house. A place is swept for the tent inside the courtyard and we are given small wooden stools on which to sit and relax while taking in the evening rountine. To our surpr...

http://www.thepannierquestion.blogspot.com/2006/07/djenne.html

My life in Tumu, Ghana. My site is to share my experiences and observations of life in Tumu for the two years I am volunteering with VSO. Saturday, May 13, 2006. My life in Tumu, Ghana. My site is to share my experiences and observations of life in Tumu for the two years I am volunteering with VSO. Thursday, July 27, 2006.
