IT’S ALL GOOD.: June 2011
http://pattiwest.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
IT’S ALL GOOD. A spot to share {made with love} fun stuff. Thursday, June 30, 2011. Cindy, at Citrus Tree Studio challenged us this month to make a gift set that included a "critter". Is an owl a critter? You mean the world to me.}. Next I made a little card to go along w/the box. More MME pp, pop up owl sticker, twine, some machine stitching and a sentiment stamp from Papertrey Ink complete the sweet {friend to friend} card. Now, what's a gift box if it's not filled with chocolate, right? Ps Blogger wou...

IT’S ALL GOOD. A spot to share {made with love} fun stuff. Monday, August 15, 2011. Get some happy, bright fabric.". That's what the hub's said when I was talking about making new dining room drapes. Happy and bright? Sounds great to me! After spending hours (no really.I mean hours.and also after receiving one swatch in the mail), we decided on this fabric. I found it here. Want to see what else I've purchased for my dining room and foyer make-over? Okay then. :). New Hunter ceiling fan. I told the hub's...

Kelly C's Scraps: February 2013
http://kellycscraps.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 27 February 2013. Here is a new post of a page I recently complete. I ran my first 5km race in the summer of 2011. It was a really great experience to complete the Learn to Run Program that I was taking through the Running Room. So, without further ado. I think the layout really represents how that day went. It was exhausting but completing this layout has shown me how much I have changed physically since then which is very motivating. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Kelly C's Scraps: MLIA- Part 5: Gull Bay Pow Wow- June 16, 2012

Monday, 16 July 2012. MLIA- Part 5: Gull Bay Pow Wow- June 16, 2012. Here is another late post. A month ago, I went to a Pow wow in Gull Bay. It was my first real experience into Native culture up here. The first thing that we did was go over to Jessica's mother's house. Jessica and her children were all dancing in the pow wow and since Armstrong and Gull Bay are about 45 minutes apart, we went over to her mother's house first so that she could get the girl's hair done and her makeup done. Once everyone ...

Slow Down, Enjoy, and Create. So, the first day back to public school after winter break….didn’t happen for The Boy. Thank you winter storm. Actually, I don’t mind having him home one bit, but it was a little anti-climactic for him-he couldn’t WAIT to see his friends again. I spent some time working on sight words and math with him over break, but he was ready to go back! I DID manage to get something “schoolish” done today though, and printed, cut and laminated some new tags for his lunches.

Slow Down, Enjoy, and Create. So, last week I showed you the mice valentines I made for The Boy’s class. The original reason I bought that particular mice image though, was to make my own valentines to send. I just got a little side-tracked. 🙂. Here is the first of the cards I originally intended:. Supplies: Paper: Lawn Fawn (Stripe and Polka Dot), Simple Stories (Red Grid); Stamp (Heart): Lawn Fawn; Dies: Lawn Fawn, MFT; Digital File: JustMe; Markers: Spectrum Noir, Copic, Sharpie, Wink of Stella.

Slow Down, Enjoy, and Create. Pinterest Thursday-Oven Fruit Roll-Ups. I tried a recipe I have been eyeing for quite some time-making fruit roll-ups on a Silpat in the oven. I had been very curious about these ever since my dehydrator bit the dust, and since I had a Silpat, I thought-why not give them a try? Picture is not mine, but is from the pin). If you have tried these, let me know how they turned out-I would love to know! Join 47 other followers. Blog at WordPress.com.

Here's My Card: December 2013
http://heresmycard-tiz.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 17, 2013. It's been a while since I've played with any challenges and believe it or not, amid all the craziness of Christmas preparations I took some time to make a card for two challenges. The first is The Friday Mash-up. FM139, one of my favourite challenges to play. The challenge this week is to do a "winter" project with embossing. The next is The Paper Players. 176 Their challenge is a white on white theme with a neutral or metallic. I chose the metallic. Here are the details:.
