Parkour is an extreme sport that involves training the body to move freely over and through any terrain using only the abilities of the body, mainly through running, jumping and climbing. It was in France during the late 1980’s when David Belle went out to incorporate what he had learned from his father, Raymond Belle, with his knowledge of gymnastics and martial arts, and that’s how Parkour was born.
