Watching the Biggest Loser Australia and what did I do? Paused it so I could go and put together a few cream scones. Fruit Scones. Strawberry Jam. Extra thick double cream. Unpaused the programme and then sat down to watch two women doing a workout in the sand, thinking “I could do that”. I have a long garden, easier than sand.
