Sharing one’s culture through food. Last weekend I was invited to Stefan and Daniela (a German expat couple) home for an exclusive dinner in the bid of sharing one’s culture through food. I was excited and at the same time nervous. After all we are total stranger, I don't know what to expect and who I will be meeting. The couple lives in a very cosy and beautiful HDB flat in the western side of Singapore. I was welcome warmly together with other guests by Stefan and Daniela. We had Salad for starter.
