growing waistlines, growing government?: Subtopic 2: Laissez-Faire Reversal
http://growingwaistlines.blogspot.com/2008/03/subtopic-2-laissez-faire-reversal.html
Growing waistlines, growing government? Wednesday, March 19, 2008. Subtopic 2: Laissez-Faire Reversal. My second subtopic basically presents the idea that the Government simply can't go this far; by limiting the foods that children can eat, they are reversing the laissez-faire morals many of the founding fathers possessed. Just as an idea, because you might need things to strengthen your argument, have you tried looking into civil interest groups perceptions of the issue? March 19, 2008 at 5:37 PM.

Universal Healthcare: A Matter of Life or Death: March 2008
http://eaf727.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Universal Healthcare: A Matter of Life or Death. Monday, March 31, 2008. I can not imagine what it would be like to be sick and not be able to go to the doctor because I couldn't pay for it. Like school, and shelter, health care is one of the most basic of necessities. Why should it be hoarded for only those who can afford it? Do to corruption millions are doing without health care and medicine while a handful of CEO's. As of right now the U.S. is the only industrialized. Wednesday, March 26, 2008. 4 The...

Universal Healthcare: A Matter of Life or Death: Flaws of the Existing System
http://eaf727.blogspot.com/2008/03/flaws-of-existing-system.html
Universal Healthcare: A Matter of Life or Death. Wednesday, March 19, 2008. Flaws of the Existing System. Our health care system today is comprised of "payers", health insurance companies that are for profit, and thus more interested in making money then successfully serving their customers, the American people. To summarize, the American health care system is a capitalist. If only it were so. Millions have no insurance. Millions more are under insured. And are paying exuberant. Necessary, yet the insura...

http://growingwaistlines.blogspot.com/2008/03/subtopic-1-ineffective.html
Growing waistlines, growing government? Tuesday, March 18, 2008. Basically, my first topic presents arguments of many people who believe that the Government cannot solve the obesity epidemic. There are many reasons this I, and many others, feel this way. I'm not sure either. Just to clarify- your first subtopic is that obesity is caused by a myriad of causes that a government ban will not prevent? March 19, 2008 at 7:35 AM. March 19, 2008 at 10:05 AM. growing waistlines, growing government?: March 2008
http://growingwaistlines.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Growing waistlines, growing government? Sunday, March 30, 2008. The Government is not a parent. I understand and concede the fact that America is obese. There are 127 million overweight citizens in the country, but the weight of these citizens is not the responsibility of the Government. But I do realize something needs to be done. However, must be realized Government limitations will not produce and headway at all. They will be futile in slimming down the country for several reasons. What the Experts Say.
