Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Well football has kept us pretty busy the last couple of months. It finally finished about a week ago. It's nice to have our Thursday nights back! It's also nice to have Jamie coming home from school before I'm getting in the bed to go to sleep! He had also been going to the high school games and they finished up this week. It actually went by really fast. I can't believe the seasons already over! You can't see this, but he's facing a group of kids that are lining up!

Wednesday, March 11, 2009. Long Time, No See. I was so excited to get a chance to visit with my best friends from college! We have decided to make this an annual thing. This is our second year to meet. Last year everyone came to my house and this year we all went to Kentucky! These are 4 of my bridesmaids. yes, we still talk! Sunday, March 1, 2009. Monday, January 26, 2009. I hope everyone is having a great start to the new year! Jamie and I recently returned home from DC. It was quite an eventful trip to say the least. We went as chaperones with a group of 7th graders from his school! It was fun and a once in a lifetime kind of thing, but we are glad to be home and don't plan on going back to DC anytime soon. It was super cold and super crowded but we got to be part of history and that's pretty awesome! USMC War Memorial (Iwo Jima). If you're bore...

Wednesday, November 5, 2008. It must be your lucky week because I actually remembered to take my camera with me this time! Me a couple of friends went to the new(er) sips-n-strokes in pelham. If you have never been to one of these things, I highly recommend it. I am definitely not a painter but I always have a blast! We like doing Christmas paintings because you can keep them or give them as gifts! Don't worry, I will not be handing out this one as a gift :). My wreath, just slightly asymmetrical!

Sunday, September 13, 2009. Ava had to spend 5 days in the NICU because she was breathing a little too fast at first. They believe this was due to her being a c-section baby. She went in on Wednesday and came to a regular room on Sunday and we got to come home on Monday! I must say I felt a little cheated that I didn't get to spend those first precious few days with her but I'm glad she got to come home with us healthy and happy! Check her out. her first pair of sunglasses! On the way home.FINALLY!

Saturday, November 1, 2008. I guess it's easy to figure out what we did this weekend! First, Friday night was Halloween and we went to help out with our "slime time" festival at church. We got to help with the penny drop. yipee. Sorry we don't have any pics of that for you. When we got home we noticed an empty candy bag laying on the floor. Somehow, it had been ripped open and all the candy was gone. wrappers and all! So either it truly was a ghostly Halloween or our dog ate an entire bag of snickers!
