This will probably be the only time I will have a picture of raw meat on this blog, too! My son has convinced me that roasted chicken is the way to go. It is easy and one little baak baak chicken can go a LONG way.maybe toooooo long if you ask me. Kyle is off to Law school at the University of Oregon, while Austin is going off to his Junior year at the University of Portland as a Mechanical Engineering student. And our Dollie is starting her Sophmore year at California State University @ Monterey Bay as a Biology student. And poor Kyle is stuck at home with Dad, such cruel treatment of a young man. He did get to go to England while the others stayed home last year.
