Thursday, June 25, 2009. When did summers stop being relaxing? I feel like I've been running straight for 3 weeks. Odessa girl got baptized on June 6th.yay! What a cutie, I am so proud of her. Then it was straight to Girls camp. It was exhausting, but incredible. I was feeling pretty happy because two different girls at camp asked me if Braunte'. Y sister, ha! Thursday, May 5, 2011. It was strange not to get together with the whole family this holiday. My parents were in the middle of moving and my brother didn't come down from Idaho so we skipped celebrating entirely on that side of the family. Sunday we had a nice dinner with John's family, with a great egg hunt, a couple from Texas, and lots of cousin time and grown-up conversation. Friday, October 29, 2010. Here's the latest story Braunte' wrote for the Reflections Contest. I wish she would have had more time.this is her first draft. She found out the night before it was due that there was a 2,000 word limit so the ending got cut short. All in all it's still a fun read. Lítla Dímun, by Braunté Anderson. Saturday, December 26, 2009. 25 RandomThings About Me. 1 I complain a lot about how busy I am, but I really like being busy. 2 I like to think I am handy with a power drill, but sometimes can't really finish a job without help. 3 I envy people who update their blogs regularly and edit photographs and wish I would take the time to record my family's memories better. 4 I LOVE it when John plays the guitar, except when he's playing when it's time to get kids in bed. 10 I wish I had a bigger kitchen every day.

Monday, September 27, 2010. This year for the 4th we camped up Franklin Basin. The girls played with babies and had a beauty parlor. The boys played farm, rode bikes and made a fort. We had a scavenger hunt and a pinata. We had tons of fun at the Hyde Park celebration this year. There were fireworks, bouncy toys, food, a parade, and lots of games. Saturday, July 31, 2010. On Saturday we headed to Legoland which was only an hour away. Riley and Hunter loved Legoland. We went on rides, Ashlyn met a princess, went for a boat ride, and got sunburnt. There was a fast roller coaster ride that Riley, Steve, Mackenize and I went on. The boys LOVED Legoland and are still planning their next trip there. I was so excited that we were able to take our kids to these fun places. Sunday, August 8, 2010. Mondays at the Park and Movies on Thursday. This year Alyson, MaryLynn, and I decided to take the kids to a different park in the valley every Monday.
