Not just because she makes this apple pie). First you peel six cups of red and green apples. Below is the Pampered Chef's Apple Peeler. Slice them into wedges, and toss in the cinnamon and sugar mix. Prepare the pie crust and place it in the pie dish. Prepare the crubles in a separate bowl. Pour apples onto pie crust in pie dish.

She had a surprise birthday party thrown for her. My mom and dad flew in from Ohio and we drove to Fayetteville. NC for the weekend. It was so nice to be able to make her birthday special. We stayed at a local hotel that had an indoor pool which Ryan wasn't to fond of because it wasn't very warm. Posted by Steve and Dana Atkinson.
