The subtext of both candidates' message for tonight's debate, broken down by me, hours in advance, into a few simple sentences:. But not real...

Banos Familia: January 2007

http://banosfamilia.blogspot.com/2007_01_01_archive.html

A place to gather events, ideas and family.all in one place, while we are far away. Friday, January 19, 2007. Thank God for HUGE miracles. It's hard to remember to live each day to the fullest- especially when each day is not always the best day. But I think what that statement really means is that we need to be mindful of being. In our lives- even thoughout the bad, so that when the good does come, we are more grateful for it. So today I am GRATEFUL for HUGE miracles. It's a good day! New York, New York!

A place to gather events, ideas and family.all in one place, while we are far away. Thursday, November 30, 2006. Roman Holiday.and then some. The day was spent at an all day cooking class in Florence, with our Italian "life coach" Judy. Judy, an American from Memphis, has made a career out of hosting Americans for Italian immersion: she teaches how to shop, eat and live like an Italian- and she is darn good at it. A salad of oranges, arugula, parmesan, olive oil and vinegar comprised the contorno and for...

A place to gather events, ideas and family.all in one place, while we are far away. Thursday, March 29, 2007. It's Grandmom's (or as she is most recently and affectionately called) GG's birthday today. While it may seem inconsequential to her, for all of us, it is a day of thanks for her presence in our lives. And what a presence. I want to be like her when I grow up. Luckily for me, I need not look further than her to find the way to do it. She's been teaching me for the past 31 years. As was the company.

The Peripheral Visionary -home- Silva Tenenbein

Sees things from a unique angle. Distance is a prerequisite for perspective. Using her unique perspective, Silva envisions solutions and finds ways to realize them. You'll get solutions relevant to your needs. If something has a solution it's a problem. If it has no solution, it's not a problem; it's a condition. We often look at problems and perceive them to be conditions because we can't imagine the solutions. Debt is a problem, not a condition. Problems can be solved.
