Monday, June 18, 2012. Well now that we Perky's have made it through our first two full weeks on our new eating plan, I thought I would update you all on how we're doing. I am excited to report that I have lost 10 lbs! I am also noticing a marked improvement in my energy levels, although I have yet to see any difference in my pain.
