Just a little bit about my life with photos. My Kids Say the Darnest Things. Thursday, April 26, 2012. Cool Whip Chocolate Cookies. Box cake mix (really any flavor, I chose chocolate). Heat oven at 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Make dough/batter into a ball and roll in powdered sugar. (I couldn't roll mine into balls because it is very sticky, so I just dropped spoonfuls into the powdered sugar and rolled it around and it ended up forming a ball on it's own. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
