Einen Schirm braucht man in Irland nicht nur als Regenschutz, sondern auch als Hilfe zur Vermeidung der nationalen Insolvenz. Der keltische Tiger hat eine Bauchlandung gemacht. Wie man hört, ist er aber auf dem Wege der Besserung.
