We have a studio in Midleton, just off Main Street on Drurys Avenue over VG Hire. Its a bohemian / vintage style quirky studio, with a friendly atmosphere. Our trainer, Lindsay is also qualified as an Interior Designer and worked on several showhouses in Cork before re-training for a career in fitness and Pilates. Lindsay has used her flair for design to create an interesting and inviting studio space. We pride ourselves on being different from a gym, and offer a home from home atmosphere.

We offer mat Pilates classes throughout East Cork, with weekly location classes in Ballymaloe and Carrigtwohill, as well as Pilates, Barre, Prenatal and Reformer, from our own studio in Midleton. We also offer one to one sessions and 'buddy' sessions from the studio in Midleton.

We are a sister company of East Cork Fitness, which was established in 2010 offering Personal Training and fitness classes throughout East Cork. Our Trainer, Lindsay Bertram then qualified in Pilates with Profi Fitness & fell in love with the method of exercise, going on to study Pilates with STOTT and Reformer Pilates with Body Balance.
