Jul 24, 2016. Pizza Casbah - My favorite New York slice in Colorado. For some time now, my absolute favorite New York style slice is from Pizza Casbah in Fort Collins Colorado. Behold. A beautiful XL 24" Pepperoni and Cream Cheese NY style pie. On this particular day, the pizza was actually a bit big for its box. This is what I love in a pizza slice.
