It’s only 8:14am on Sunday morning as I begin this blog and I’ve already gone for my first run, if you could call it running, since it was more like shuffling my feet at a slightly faster pace than walking, of 35 minutes. Surprisingly enough, since I was moving at such a snail’s pace I ended up doing 2.8 miles. All in all, I think I did pretty good. So a little about more about the details. I had time to take in all that nature has to offer.
