Before the friend's departure, the two had visited Hampstead Heath and Keats' House in London. The flamingos which were not there. You were running after the pelicans and the pigs. Stretched across the sky. Was a ribbon forever entangled. In a plait of hamsters. For every black duck. A school of whales.
