June 12, 2012. 1 15 oz. can corn. 1 15 oz. can kidney beans. 1 15 oz. can pinto beans. 1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans (chick peas). 1 30 oz. can tomato sauce (29 oz. is what I can find usually). 1 pkg taco seasoning. 1 lb ground beef, cooked. Shredded cheese and tortilla chips (or broiled tortillas) to top. Brown your ground beef if it isn’t already browned. I usually buy in bulk, cook it all at once, and put it into baggies by the pound and freeze it to make life easier later. Make Your Own Back Massager.

Sunday, November 17, 2013. We got our new flooring installed at the very end of October and are loooooooving it. Seriously. Evoke luxury vinyl flooring is amazing. We are so pleased with the results. It is so so nice to have all of the main floor except the bathroom the same. We eliminated 3 of the 4 different floor types and now just have 2. Wednesday, August 27, 2014. We made it a goal at the beginning of the summer to go on a hike every Saturday in preparation for our summer activities (Yellowstone, hiking Timpanogos Cave). While we didn't make it out every Saturday, we sure went on a lot more hikes than last summer. Dean loves being in nature and sadly, his favorite part is when he needs to go to the bathroom. "Wow. Wednesday, February 19, 2014. My sister Kat, her husband Jeremy and their 3 kids were there for our first day. We went to the Phoenix zoo and ran the kids around. Dean refused to be in the stroller and walked the 4 miles that the rest of us did. Our main excuse for going down was to be able to attend the Gilbert temple open house. It was absolutely beautiful. Wednesday, August 27, 2014. We shared a room, which I surprisingly loved. It was so much fun to have him wake me up and crawl into my bed in the morning to snuggle. He did not sleep well our first night, but by the second he was so worn out that he slept great. By day 2 at the lake, he was so exhausted that he was throwing tantrums nonstop so we left. Friday, October 25, 2013. Back in September, we went to Lagoon with John's work. We were so excited to take Dean and let him experience something new and something we both love: rides! He was 3 feet tall at the time (he's grown at least 2 inches since then) and so he was just barely tall enough to ride lots of rides. A few weeks ago I was able to finally cross one of the things off my long list. Last summer my Mom and Dad found this old desk chair on the side of the road.
