Es gibt viele Behinderte, die eine Ausbildung, eine Umschulung oder sogar ein Hochschulstudium absolviert haben. Aber praktisch haben diese Menschen kaum eine Chance, einen Arbeitsplatz auf dem ersten Arbeitsmarkt zu bekommen.
