Thursday, April 19, 2012. With a quick trip to Idaho in the works I managed to squeeze in the time to make a headband for my daughter to wear on Easter Sunday. I started with a pre-made stretchy headband and added some bias tape with hot glue to make a base for the clippie to attach. Using a free pattern. I crocheted this super quick little flower. Wednesday, November 30, 2011. My sister has a really cool old tool box on the back of her toilet to hold extra rolls. My solution isn't quite as nifty, but it gets the job done. Monday, January 30, 2012. After peeling away the old veneer and a lot of sanding, we added a little wood putty to cover up some blemishes and some tinted primer which you can see on the drawers above. On top of that we added a beautiful dark blue paint and then a couple of layers of wood lacquer to give it a nice clean finish.
