1st Rental Tenant Troubles Continued. I talked to my PM company today about the tenant troubles in my 1st rental. They said that they have next Monday scheduled with the sheriff for eviction. They also told me that the tenant has not contacted them since she came into their office two weeks ago. It was also my first experience with taking care of lead paint. Much of the lead paint abatement was pretty simple. Just replacing doors and trim. The only difficult parts were with the risers and stringers on the staircase. We decided to encapsulate the lead paint with Luan.
