Teaching Adventures in Haiti. Thursday, June 19, 2014. One Heart. Two homes. My heart is divided and whole at the same time. I've realized recently it's because my heart now has two homes: Haiti and Nebraska. Both places are incredible special to me with all their similarities and differences. The view by my home in Lincoln. The view by my home in Haiti. I leave Haiti soon and it makes me so incredibly sad. I love this country, its people, and its beauty! Teaching at MDL and Arnold/. Teaching Adventures in Haiti. Monday, March 17, 2014. The power of the name of Jesus. I need Jesus to get through so many days. I've learned to appreciate beauty in the little things. The power a smile has to turn around your day! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
