See, it's like this. Saturday, February 25, 2012. Happy birthday, baby boy! I can't believe my baby is 5! He woke up to a room full of balloons. Was he surprised? Nope His reaction: "I heard you guys blowing them up all the way up in my room." So much for secrecy. After that was present opening time. Dinner was Mac and Cheese followed by video game time with Mom. I didn't take any pictures. I don't know what's wrong with me. It's like I think I'll remember this 5 years down the road or something. 11 kids...

See, it's like this. Saturday, July 21, 2012. This one's about ME! A friend of mine convinced me to take up running again. I had originally started the Couch to 5k program last year on a treadmill, but had to quit in week two when my knees gave out. She said I should really try again, only running outside with her. I'm so glad I did! It's amazing how much more fun running with someone is! We're literally out of breath by the end because we can't stop talking the entire time. :). What were they thinking?

See, it's like this. Monday, August 29, 2011. First day of preschool, 2011. It's that time of year again! I can hardly believe school is starting. Where did my summer go? So when I need preschool news, I hit up my friend Emily for the details. Sad, but true. We had to get a new backpack as his old one wasn't big enough to hold a 1" binder. He picked up a Transformers one and wouldn't let it go. When we got home, we realized it truly is more than meets the eye, as it turns inside out! Bye, little Maggie!

See, it's like this. Monday, June 27, 2011. Maggie and I took a "class" together at the Children's Museum. Mostly it was just her making a mess, but that was ok by me since I wasn't the one cleaning it up! We LOVE our Children's Museum! We made our first trip up to the Durham Museum. See, it's like this. Friday, March 30, 2012. Don't Mess With Texas. Liam and Maggie got to experience their first airplane ride(s)! We traveled to Texas March 15-19th to help celebrate a wedding. We weren't sure how the kids would handle the plane rides, but they were champs. We hit a little turbulence coming in to St. Louis and Liam threw his hands in the air and yelled "WHEE! It's like a roller coaster! They had an area with Duplos and even larger blocks for the smaller kids. How handsome is this guy?
