Sunday, May 6, 2012. The American Dog Derby (Dog Sled Races). I've always wanted to see the dogsled races. So we did. What a fun sport. It has a culture of it's own. Amber had to get her fill of the snow mounds. That girl likes to climb. Snowshoeing at Harriman State Park. It's such a joy when your kids decide they love the things you love. Living the Life and Loving It! Friday, November 30, 2012. MORE CASSEROLE" Is DEFINITELY a Family Favorite! Ethan is a pretty easy going kid. He is self contained, a lot of the time, and he enjoys trying new foods! But it wasn't until today that I realized just how much he LOVES "More Casserole". He seriously couldn't get enough:) Needless to say he was happy and full at the end of lunch today and this recipe is DEFINITELY going in our 2012 Family Cookbook! Now they are both Happy and Ready to smile!

August 16, 2010. Books We've Been Enjoying. My sister has six boys and recommended this book to me. I'm always looking for ideas on how to keep my boys busy doing something worthwhile and this was a great solution. It provides both mental stimulation and hands on learning. There's also one for girls called. The Daring Book for Girls. I've enjoyed reading these (both true stories):. August 10, 2010.
