Will Winter Ever End? At least I was able to get some cute snow pictures of the girls. But I am ready for the snow to melt and the tulips to bloom now! Idaho is definitely a little strange. Here, Prom is no big deal - in fact it is a Semi-formal event. Haley says no one even goes. Who knew? It's all about Commencement. Commencement is the "BIG" dance here. Formal dresses, updo's, suits or tuxedos, that's what Commencement is all about! Since Haley is 16 she was actually able to go!

After the first loss, the coach was not concerned. He told the team that as long as they believed that they could win, it would happen. The second game we played our in-town rival, Idaho Falls HS, and low and behold we won. Not only did we win, we won big! Last night was the big game - played at Holt Arena down in Pocatello.
