My rambles about running, fitness, food and life. Movin’ and groovin’. February 9, 2012. So why haven’t I been posting lately? Because I’ve been moving. I know you’ve missed me, but moving is very time consuming! Just as I suspected, ten minutes of movement usually leads to a lot more. So let’s just get right to it. Wednesday, February 1st: NROLFW 1A. Thursday, February 2nd: Speedwork 4×400 @ 8-9 minute miles (they got progressively slower, but our goal was 9:25 minutes per mile, so WIN! So far, so good!

My rambles about running, fitness, food and life. February 16, 2012. Tags: 10 minutes in February. Basketball Game, Again! Still movin’, still groovin’, still strugglin’ to find time to fit it all in! Let’s see, where did I leave off. Let’s look at Friday, 2/10. I was spent most of the day laying on the sofa, exhausted! I did finally muster up the energy to start some seeds indoors. I also turned my compost pile. O. M. G! Too bad it was bedtime! Then let’s look at Wednesday, 2/15. I loved this run! Last ...

Three Things Thursday | A Country Mile
https://acountrymiledotnet.wordpress.com/2014/06/26/three-things-thursday-4
My long, winding road through life. Posted in Three Things Thursday. Rain over the next hill! Rain over the next hill! A photo posted by Taryn Rogers (@trogers516) on. Sep 7, 2013 at 2:10pm PDT. In a slight change of pace from my usual things, this week, I have a theme! As mentioned previously, I have been listening to books during my commute instead of the radio, but there are a handful of songs that I will listen to every time they come on the radio. Today’s three are my top three. 1 Fun Carry On.

Jo(e) | A Country Mile
https://acountrymiledotnet.wordpress.com/2014/06/05/joe
My long, winding road through life. Posted in The Homestead. I currently have 38 chickens in my coop. That’s more than I ever planned for, and it was ok until they got big. Holy smell, Batman! But it’s ok, because 15 of them will be leaving at the end of the week, leaving me with exactly as many as I’ve ever wanted. (And approximately 10 more than I ever thought I’d actually have.). The chick’s first field trip into the garden. That’s Joe in the grass at the bottom. How did I get this many you ask? When ...

My long, winding road through life. Posted in Three Things Thursday. I knew there would be weeks when once a week was all I’d post! If nothing else, I’m working on fodder for Thursday every week! 3 For the longest time we were hold-outs on. I purchased it on Amazon Prime, but our internet connection is so poor out here, we can’t watch it! So we’re just finishing it at this point. We’re also watching. So tell me, what are you watching right now? Anything I need to add to my list? Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
