The Pipeline: 'Tis the season
http://thebernardings.blogspot.com/2013/12/tis-season.html
Friday, December 6, 2013. This year I have a different kind of wish list than I did when I was a kid. It's more like a prayer list! Salvation of family members and friends. A job for hubby. A healthy baby and mama in 2014. A happy home and a testimony to God's love and mercy. I am so glad God gave us His Word! It gives a purpose to this life that is not always easy. Not your own until you receive it! People. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

On Thursday we went up to Incheon to get ready to see someone off the following morning. We've always wanted to take the kids ice skating every time we've been up there, but never had the chance. Well, turns out it's not really. Ice skating. It's roller skating. There are some electric cars kids ( or mommy size kids. The skates only went up to 270mm ( so maybe a US9 in women's).

The Pipeline: A new season of life
http://thebernardings.blogspot.com/2013/10/a-new-season-of-life.html
Wednesday, October 30, 2013. A new season of life. Well, maybe not a new season, but definitely some challenges these days. After a short stint at his new job, hubby and the rest of the employees were all informed that the company was shutting down here in Alaska. Wow! Quite a shock to us. I mean, he has not been "unemployed" for many, many years! I just turned forty last month and guess what? But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. A Home Away From Home.
