Sunday, February 7, 2010. The Week in Review, Mon.1st- Sun. 7th. Monday, Feb. 1st. 4 miler working on keeping my EZ. Days easy I read a great quote. That's sounds something like, "Keep your easy. So your hard days can me hard" or something like that. Tuesday, Feb. 2nd. 5 miles speed work today 2 mile warm up and 5, 800's with a 400 recovery. I invited my running buddy Eric Worden along to do some track work, he is getting very fast. I'm not as him so that pushing me to keep working hard. Swam, 3000 yards.

I know its been awhile but I have switched gears from Boston and training for Triathlon season so far so good. After Boston I took a week off and began training. Before the real tri. Season started my friend Eric convinced me to run the Windermere. 1/2 marathon so we both signed up the day before. turned out to be a good day last year I ran it in 1:28 on very tired ironman.
