Sunday, August 22, 2010. First Day of School 2010. We embarked on our new homeschool journey last Wednesday, August 18th. It felt so different.no matching uniforms, no lunches to pack (PTL! Saturday, July 28, 2012. Brock has had a very eventful couple of past days filled with fun with his cousins. Matthew and Daniel spent Thursday night with us. Saturday, September 29, 2012. I got a little stir crazy and took Brock out to get some chick fil a ice cream. We just sat in the car and ate it then decided to go to Hobby Lobby. In the past we have had bad experiences with Brock at Hobby Lobby (a broken football lamp he threw), but today he did great! Sunday, May 19, 2013. We have had such a nice spring this year. Usually it just goes from being cold to hot. But we have had many cool days. Thursday, August 30, 2012. Tonight after dinner I thought we needed ice cream (big surprise). So Kevin agreed and we headed off to Baskin Robbins. On our way to the car Brock decided he needed to check the mailbox. He was so excited to find a letter from his new Sunday school teacher, Ms. Stacey. Saturday, November 24, 2012. We continued our family tradition of going to the Fort Worth parade of lights on the Friday after Thanksgiving. This was Brock's first parade! We went with Mom and Dad early downtown and ate BBQ. We bought reserved seats this year too and that was kinda nice actually. It's always fun to introduce Brock to new and fun experiences.
