Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Okay, so I am going to attempt to put some pics up that I took with my camera that Hubby and the kids got me for Christmas. This is my handsome son, Bubba! Can't see all the fat rolls with his shirt on. You can see them in this one though! This is one of my favorite pictures. Yes, they are my stubby feet! This is another one of my favorites. Thursday, April 30, 2009. Sissy is getting to be just a hoot. She does/says some of the funniest things. For instance, every time we go to bed she asks me to hold her. Okay, that's fine. Tuesday, March 1, 2011. It’s been a hectic past couple of weeks, hence the reason why I haven’t posted in almost 2 weeks! There was a lymph node that looked suspicious. Good news? It was just one! We left the hospital, did a little bit of shopping and then headed home. I wasn’t sore until that evening when the numbing medicine started wearing off (they had to give me 4 doses of that stuff). Saturday, April 23, 2011. Gone Today, Hair Tomorrow! So I went for my second treatment yesterday! It only took 2 hours as opposed to the almost 5 hours the first one took! But, I have apparently been having some really high blood pressure and we had to stay there for about an hour and a half just to see if it would go down any. It was still high, but low enough that they were okay with sending me home. My bestie, SA, went with me and as bad as 8 hours running around the hospital sounds we actually fun!

Thursday, April 14, 2011. 1st Treatment and Hospital Stay….long! Oh my, it’s been awhile. I have been so emotional, and sick, that I haven’t had a chance to update. I decided it was finally time. My first chemo treatment was April 1. My mom took me to it while Hubby stayed home with the kiddos. I wasn’t really that nervous about it up until the minute it was time to access my port…for the first time! Thank goodness they had given me some numbing medicine to put over it before hand! More on that later!

Monday, March 28, 2011. Tests, tests, and more tests? I know I haven’t posted in a while…like almost a month.but I’ve had a lot going on. Not just in reality but in my head too. Guess what, I’m the third! The MRI came back that there is two more tumors, on the same side, and in the lymph nodes also on the same side…the left.
