Journey to a healthier me in 2011. My 4 Hour Body Blog. I’m down 5.2 lbs as of Saturday morning! Today was my cheat day. I tried really hard not to overdo it. For breakfast I had a scrambled egg with red beans and a pre-breakfast glass of ice water. Around lunch time I had the chips and dip I had been craving. Yum. Journey to a healthier me in 2011. My 4 Hour Body Blog. I’m pretty excited about how this is going so far. I’m on Day 4 and when I weighed this morning I was down 3.4 lbs. Yay! I think too few calories along with not enough water was also the cause of my Day1 headache. I will start photographing my meals, but for the moment I will just log what I’ve had so far today. (I will edit this to add my dinner later.). 500 ml ice water ( a little hard to stomach when it’s 12 degrees out. Brrr.). 1 c green beans.

Journey to a healthier me in 2011. My 4 Hour Body Blog. Day 9, 10 and 11 Check-In. I’m maintaining my loss over the last 3 days and might be down another .4 lbs. I think I need to do some tweaking somewhere, but just not sure where. I’ve basically been eating the same few meals that have been posted here (along with pics). If someone sees something that they think might be sabotaging me, please let me know. The salad was good, if a little dull with no dressing. I feel like the Michelin man. Very puffy.

I’m not brave enough to put my weight in view of the entire world, so I will just keep that updated as a “pounds lost” number.
