Of course, we took them to see the Keeper of the Plains. We also ate out a lot and talked a lot. It was great having them here. The kids loved having Sam here to play with. We loved the visit, too! Sweet and Sour Chicken. 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts. 1 (8oz) bottle of French dressing. 1 env onion soup mix. 1 (8oz - 10oz) jar apricot preserves. 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained. Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350, basting occasionally. Serve over rice. Enjoy! Sunday, February 15, 2009.
