Many Friday nights in grade nine, my friends and I would make a couple of these and eat them while we watched Dawson's Creek. Both are delish and easy. Grandma's Chocolate Bunt Cake. 1 (1525-oz) box Devil's Food cake mix. 1 (59-oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix. 189; cup warm water. 189; cup canola oil (or vegetable). 4 eggs, beaten. 1 cup sour cream. 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice.

The gardens and pools there were beautiful too, and the Visitors' Center had all these different interactive stations (a lot like the DC visitors center) that you could visit. We sat on a couch and watched about 25 "I am a Mormon" videos and cried a little. Brittany joked we should do this every Sunday. It was great. I LOOOOOOOOVE the desert! It was something I will never forget. Cane's chicken strips in Vegas.
