I Dream of Bento: Sandwich Cutters
http://idreamofbento.blogspot.com/2016/05/sandwich-cutters.html
I Dream of Bento. Wednesday, May 4, 2016. Sandwich cutters add variety to the average sandwich. And, if you're like me and have a kid who's "allergic" to crust, it cuts it off in one go. Now, there's a chance she'll eat the whole thing, instead of taking 2 bites before declaring the rest "crust". They're so easy to use - 2 steps, less than 30 seconds required. Step 1 - Position Cutter on Sandwich. This apple cutter is the one I use the most. It perfectly fits the brand of sandwich bread we usually buy.

I mean I want something different! Something different to wear? To drive to school in? Something different in terms of weather pattern? In the color of the walls? I listed off anything I could think of, finally ending with what I knew and feared to be the answer. Something different for lunch? Totally making it up as I go. Sandwich ...

I Dream of Bento. Friday, April 22, 2016. I love this box. The problem is that it's really designed to hold a Rice Ball, which is not on the list of foods that Miss Mads will consume. I Dream of Bento: 3 Ways to Pack a Sandwich Without Using a Plastic Baggie
http://idreamofbento.blogspot.com/2016/05/3-ways-to-pack-sandwich-without-using.html
I Dream of Bento. Monday, May 2, 2016. 3 Ways to Pack a Sandwich Without Using a Plastic Baggie. I'm a big fan of using lunch containers that can be easily washed and used another day in another lunch. Sandwiches are in heavy rotation in Miss Mads' lunch, so all of these methods of sandwich packing see regular use in our house. 1 - Plastic Sandwich Case. The case is deep, so you can put other foods in there aside from the sandwich. 2 - Bento Sandwich Cases. 3 - Fabric Sandwich Cases. These cases are more...

I Dream of Bento. Friday, January 29, 2010. How To - Make Gyoza. It probably isn't a secret by now that I love dumplings. Gyoza. Are pretty much the same thing - Gyoza. Are the Japanese version, and are usually cooked in a specific way (browned on the bottom and then steamed in the same pan) instead of being boiled or steamed. They also make a pretty decent addition to a bento. Since they're fairly small and can be pre. Made in massive amounts. To make a batch, you will need the following:. Keep making d...

I Dream of Bento: Strawberry Ice Cubes
http://idreamofbento.blogspot.com/2016/05/the-weather-is-warmer-which-means-its.html
I Dream of Bento. Monday, May 9, 2016. The weather is warmer, which means it's time for cold drinks. The problem with ice cubes, though, is that they melt. Melty ice cubes mean watered down drinks. Yuck. This is why I love Strawberry Ice Cubes. When they melt, they add a zing of strawberry! I'm using a pretty small tray, so I'm only using four fairly large strawberries. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces. Put the pieces in a food processor or blender, add a little bit of water, and liquefy them!
