Monday, July 27, 2009. Our annual beach vacation went by way too fast! Fripp Island is a beautiful private SC beach perfect for spending lots of family time together, which we did. Without even a grocery store, restaurant or gas station on the island, you feel like you have almost left the world behind. Everyone rides around on golf carts smiling and wild deer walk up to you eating out of your hand, or mouth.Uncle Beau and Shawn! Notice though I said "almost" we had 6 kiddies to remind us of real life!

Thursday, June 25, 2009. Colt is 5 months old! We love our Daddy! We celebrated the weekend in Atlanta at Grandpa Enzo's Lake. swimming, boat rides, fishing and Daddy's mojitos! OK so I accomplished a very big thing in my mommy world. taking all 3 boys on my own down to St. Simons Island for a beach trip! Granted I wasn't alone the whole week we were down there. You didn't just call yourself that, but you also made us call you that too. Again, at first I thought it was a funny, but at times it was embarrassing. I came across this video taken in April 2010 at the beach. You were just over 2 1/2 years old. This is an example of how you insisted you were Daddy Tyrone.

Thursday, January 6, 2011. This is an exact conversation I had with Wyatt. To set the stage, I was driving him to school. He was in his carseat sitting next to Lauren. I was driving. Wyatt: Mommy, when do I get to marry Lauren? Mommy: Well, Wyatt, you never get to marry Lauren. Mommy: It's not about getting bigger. You can't marry Lauren because she is your sister,and we can't marry people in our family. Wyatt: Who am I going to marry then? Then there was silence, and no response so I looked back at him.

I responded with, "Your welcome buddy, but thank you for what? Wyatt replied, "Not you mommy. I was thanking God for giving me my mommy.". That is too sweet and a story worth remembering. Miss yall! Thursday, December 22, 2011. Happy 4th birthday to the best surprise! Today Kendall turned 4! We gave her a pink and purple (her favorite colors) glitter bike. She rode it around the kitchen and loves it! We had pink cupcakes and ate dinner at Red Robin. It was her last day of preschool at her current school then we met friends for lunch.
