Such an encouraging time to meet with friends and former youth group students and some parents. I don't think there is anything more encouraging than to see former students who are all grown up and still living faithfully for Jesus! I thought that sounded so much easier than trying to stand over the hot stove canning all these tomatoes. So I tried it! I did have enough peppers to make Mike 1 3/4 qts of salsa!
