The Iglesias Triplets: NO MORE DIAPERS!
http://iglesiastriplets.blogspot.com/2011/08/no-more-diapers.html
Monday, August 15, 2011. I have been on a looooong blogging break. Life with three 2.5yr olds suddenly gets very busy. A big part of that is that we are officially done with potty training! Over the past 2yrs and 7mo we have gone through roughly 17,000 diapers. Seventeen THOUSAND diapers! My jaw was literally on the floor when I added that up. I don't even want to begin to add up how much money was spent either. I went with the 3 day potty training method. All 3 at once? I certainly didn't want to be alo...

The Iglesias Triplets: Uncle Kevin's visit
http://iglesiastriplets.blogspot.com/2011/05/uncle-kevins-visit.html
Tuesday, May 31, 2011. My brother Kevin came for a short visit a few weeks ago and the kids had so much fun with him! I have heard so much "Uncle Kevin" talk since he left. Mia thinks every tall guy is Uncle Kevin now, even Uncle Kyle! On the swings with Uncle Kevin. Ava really took a liking to Uncle Kevin. We had to break out the splash pad for him! Ava doesn't like other people to dump water on her. She has to do it herself. Ava snuggled up with Uncle Kevin. Andrew warming up with Grandad.

The Iglesias Triplets: January 2011
http://iglesiastriplets.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 11, 2011. And so it begins. Looks like we have officially begun our potty training journey. Yes, I’m calling this a journey because I know going in that it’s not going to happen overnight. Thankfully I have read through the advice of many triplet moms before me and am well prepared for this to take a while. We also bought 3 potties at Ikea once we get to a point where they’re all actually going. They are ridiculously cheap ($5 each! Friday, January 7, 2011. For Christmas the kids got a n...

The Iglesias Triplets: July 2010
http://iglesiastriplets.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 28, 2010. Surgery is finally done! SO relieved that Ava’s surgery finally got done! So we left, very tired and very frustrated. Thankfully, Dr. Minifee had a spot for us yesterday. But this time we were in the West Tower instead of the Clinical Care Center. What a huge difference! They have even wagons, ride on toys and little cozy coupes for them to play with. Here are a few pics of her playing. They’re kind of fuzzy since I only had my phone instead of my camera. We met the doctor and h...

The Iglesias Triplets: February 2011
http://iglesiastriplets.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 23, 2011. That's exactly the amount of time it takes me to go to the girls' rooms and get their clothes for the day. It's also apparently the same amount of time it takes my girls to look like this. And for their picnic table to look like this. After dumping an entire bottle of powder and some lotion all over the place while Andrew sat blissfully unaware what was happening while playing with his train. Nice. Monday, February 21, 2011. Friday, February 4, 2011. Baby, it's cold outside!

The Iglesias Triplets: 1 down, 2 to go
http://iglesiastriplets.blogspot.com/2011/06/1-down-2-to-go.html
Monday, June 6, 2011. 1 down, 2 to go. I already have a hard enough time keeping Mia's hand out of Ava's little potty and can only imagine what things she would get into in a public restroom. But having put this off as long as possible, it was finally time to start potty training. She immediately spotted Yo Gabba Gabba panties and had to have them plus some Dora ones too. It was all she could talk about for the rest of the day. Ava outside in just a shirt and panties, all ready for the potty! So I sent A...

The Iglesias Triplets: June 2011
http://iglesiastriplets.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 20, 2011. Okay, so I'm not really that crafty and I'm very much a beginner when it comes to sewing, but in the past couple of weeks I have managed to create some cute stuff for my girls. I found the girls had a couple of tank onesies that would make perfect little summer dresses. I managed to find some cute fabric at JoAnn's and this time they turned out great. Not to mention it took less than 1/2 yard for each dress and without coupons I spent a total of $5.60. Woo hoo! Monday, June 6, 2011.

The Iglesias Triplets: December 2010
http://iglesiastriplets.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 20, 2010. This was Andrew's first picture. Doesn't he look thrilled? Such stranger anxiety, even with Alex and I jumping up and down behind the photographer. But I love those big brown eyes! Finally got a smile out of him! Mia was all smiles.until she got sick the next day :(. Ava didn't start smiling until she was free to run around. Once she had her freedom, you would have never guessed she was sick. Love the big, beautiful pecan trees. Friday, December 17, 2010. First trip to the zoo.

The Iglesias Triplets: June 2010
http://iglesiastriplets.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Here are some pics from the day/weekend. Mia trying out their new chairs. Andrew moved his next to Nana to sit down for a break. Taking a water break at their new picnic table. My hope is that I can teach them to sit there long enough to have lunch. That would make things much easier for me! Alex helping Andrew go down the slide. Mia was checking it out from the side. Thankfully there was a guy making balloon animals and he came over to entertain the kids for a bit. I just may h...
