Mitchell Madness: July 2011
http://mrandmrsmitchell.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 19, 2011. I've got the PUPP. If you're unfamiliar with what the PUPP is, it's best described as a red, itchy rash that a small percentage of pregnant ladies develop. Technically it's only supposed to happen when you're actually pregnant and go away within a couple of weeks of delivery, but I know I developed it about a week after I had Carter. It was HORRIBLE! It spread all over my tummy, arms, and legs and the only thing that could stop the itch was freezing cold water. So come on already!

Mitchell Madness: June 2011
http://mrandmrsmitchell.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 23, 2011. So last Friday afternoon around 3:30, I had a bit of a liquid spill in the baby region. It came out of nowhere and I thought to myself "Did I just? Or "maybe it was my water leaking? Well it seemed like my pipes were still leaking a little bit, so I left the office a little red faced and called my doctor. The girl that answered the phone told me the doc was out and that I should go to labor and delivery right away. Great. PS I am trying to figure out what's going on with this stu...

Daily Fragments of Reality. The point of life is to find the delicate equilibrium between dream and reality" Lilian Smith. Monday, September 12, 2011. Many of us in Indiana were very happy to say “Goodbye July” in hopes of better August weather. 15 straight days above 90 was making it impossible to be outside. But, for me, August was coming a little too quickly. I was not ready to wrap up summer just yet. We started the first week of August by getting Penny fixed. So, I took Penny in August 4. You better...

Daily Fragments of Reality. The point of life is to find the delicate equilibrium between dream and reality" Lilian Smith. Thursday, March 31, 2011. Family Dinner on a Packed Day? Dan and I eat dinner together, as a family every night, except the occasional girls/guys night out, but we are still eating at the same time, and we share with each other what we ate. I didn’t realize this until last night. Apparently it’s an unwritten rule of mine, and even I didn’t know about. Roasted chicken on the Grill.

Daily Fragments of Reality. The point of life is to find the delicate equilibrium between dream and reality" Lilian Smith. Tuesday, July 30, 2013. It's really amazing how much John has changed in 2 weeks. He is growing so quickly. I don't think I'll ever stop saying that. We had his 1 month check up at the pediatrician. His stats were: Head 15cm, 50th percentile; length 22 7/8 inches, 90th percentile; weight 10 lbs 14 oz, 75th percentile. He grew 2 inches and 2 lbs in 1 month! We borrowed a bouncer from ...

Daily Fragments of Reality. The point of life is to find the delicate equilibrium between dream and reality" Lilian Smith. Saturday, August 27, 2011. We had such a great time in St. Louis, and I was really happy and sad to come home. I was glad to sleep in my own bed, but less than a week after coming home, I was off to a work conference in Vermont. Plus a whole week without Dan, the pups, and Buggs! Administrators Office - AKA the Gingerbread House. My tiny dorm room. The dorm was a little better than I...

Daily Fragments of Reality. The point of life is to find the delicate equilibrium between dream and reality" Lilian Smith. Wednesday, September 11, 2013. My big guy is 12 weeks old and is off to day care. He seems to really like his teachers and they can't rave enough about how happy and sweet he is. It's amazing how much more awake an alert he has been this last month. It is so fun to have him interact with us. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
