My Hiking Life: May 2015
http://myhikinglife.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Chronicles of my hiking adventures, equipment used, knowledge, and equipment reviews. Follow Me On Facebook. Saturday, May 30, 2015. Yes that's the trail. A wonderful stream with 8" trout. Incredibly, today is not a water carry or manage day as there is water everywhere. I don't even have to look for it as the water is a brook running right down the trail. Plus as an added bonus, some of the meadows the trail crosses are about ankle deep in spring runoff. So it's a wet boots day. Flooding Not too bad here.

So nice to have a trail to follow. There are a few water sources that have filterable water, I do have enough from the cashe to carry me through, so there is no need to stop. There is a moss under the surface. Yellow, purple and white. I've got to cross to and go around Pyramid Peak. Barbed wire fences are frequen...
