Me and my lovely family traveled down under for the first time. We decided to keep it simple and only visited Sydney for the 9 days we were there. The people, sights, weather, cleaness, beaches, activities, architecture, transportation, and general feeling of the place is the bomb. The food choices are wide (with the exception of mexican food). Friday, November 9, 2007. THIS IS A CAUTIONARY TALE ABOUT CHANGING CHEFS. I've been eating at this joint for several years now. If I had written this review 2 months ago, I would have given Magnolia 4 stars (how quickly things can change.). The beer is very tasty and the atmosphere is warm and groovy. Lastly, when I told the waitress that I couldn't (or wouldn't) eat the gnocci, she happily took it away. But, when the check came I was charged for it! Magnolia Pub and Brewery. Our stay was in Kahana, north of Kaanapali, in the very family friendly. Monday, July 21, 2008. We had a Birthday celebration for Colton last Thursday with the Family. I cannot believe he is 5! He got a new 16" BMX bike. He rips it up on the larger bike. I can hardly keep up with him. We are having a birthday party for him and his friends on Sat. July 26th at our house. Avery and Jody are doing great. Avery sleeps about 20 hours a day. Monday, November 24, 2008. Almost Over the Hill! Well, I was totally surprised on Saturday, Jody had successfully organized a surprise party for me. Yes I will be 40 on Thanksgiving Day. I was pleasantly surprised. About 40 friends and family showed up. Everyone had a blast. As you can see, the boys know how to party. Even after they put there PJ's on, they continued to tip'em back. They definitely can hold there own. Thanks to everyone, I am blessed with a great family and wonderful friends.
