As we get ready to pack up the mule (or subaru in this case) on our way down south tomorrow, i have been pondering the events of this last year. i think that it has been the fastest year of my life, and quite possibly the most difficult (actually, i am positive of that). here are some of the memories that stick out from 2008. 1 the quick, hard, and amazing birth of amelia paige. 3 cooking WITHOUT a kitchen for 6 months. Thursday, June 18, 2009. For an early 30th birthday present, Jon took me down to South Coast Winery for a quick overnight getaway. We got an incredible deal on the room which also included wine tastings, dinner and spa credits, and wine tours. We had a fabulous time and would recommend it to anyone! This was the back porch of our room. All the rooms back up to the vineyards for an incredible setting! We had a nice afternoon snack on our porch with the bottle of wine that came with the room.

Saturday, October 31, 2009. October was a great month! Here are a few highlights. We went down to San Diego for a Rodrigo and Gabriella concert. They ROCK! Took Maverick and Rockit to the dog beach while we were down there. I love this beach because there is a bay that the dogs can play in. Mav still isn't too fond of the waves. Saturday, February 16, 2013. We had such a great time on our first trip to Disney! One tired princess on her way to Epcot to have dinner with some fellow princesses.
