Friday, July 29, 2011. Here is the video of Charlotte that I mentioned. The first verse we taught Charlotte and what we refer to as "her verse" is John 3:16. She knew the verse she was supposed to say, we even practiced with her saying it to her teacher that morning, but I guess in that moment she just reverted back to the good 'ol John 3:16 :). Sunday, March 20, 2011. Don't read this post if you have a weak stomach! I thought we were extra lucky because we had managed to avoid all of the nasty bugs that went around this winter. We had a few colds between the four of us, but nothing too major. Until a few days ago. Saturday morning was uneventful, all seemed well, so we headed up to the church picnic. We had a blast, even though our Home Bible Study's volleyball team didn't win the tournament (I'm not bitter! Still like bragging about that:).

Is cruising and finally pulling up using furniture. He's been my late bloomer but he's getting there. Is getting into EVERYTHING. Is a big mama's boy (and I love it). Thursday, July 16, 2015. Growing up is hard to do! Lately it seems all of our kids have hit major growth spurts in one way or another. Starting with Big Sis:. At 65 years old, she hit a HUGE growth spurt about 3 weeks ago. She's always been tall, but man, she just shot up! She has outgrown all her clothes and shoes. She's always had long legs, but they seem to have gotten longer, and keeping them covered is quite a challenge! It's bittersweet to see how grown up she is all of a sudden. Just the 5 of us.
