The coliseum was being built when the emperor Vespian. Ruled with his son Titus. The coliseum was known for gladiators fighting and getting killed as entertainment to the common Roman people. What some people didn't know is that other rulers show their wealth and food and wine was given to the roman people on the day of fights at the coliseum.
